DescriptionAs part of the Northeast Cyberteam Initiative we created a workflow for using the simulation software NetLogo in a Linux cluster environment that uses the SLURM workload manager. This workflow was oriented towards a user that was making the initial transition from a Windows desktop work environment to the Linux cluster environment. We explore tools like MobaXterm and Ask.CI that were used to assist in this transition and their effectiveness in providing the support necessary to create the confidence and self reliance necessary for future research endeavors.
