Such a decision can only be taken if a powerful machine learning model is built, that has the ability to assign the correct accelerator or processing unit to the correct segment of code. This process is called dynamic parallelization. Dynamic parallelization provides the compiler with ultimate power, thereby aiding in realizing every computer scientist's ultimate dream, to develop one super-language that can cater to any utility and is easy to interpret.
